How to Enable Developer options and USB Debugging for Android
There are several steps before activating “USB Debugging” and “Developer options“ .
These steps may vary slightly from one device to another depending on the type of UI
The Developer options menu lets you configure system behaviours to improve app performance. The list of developer options will depend on the version of Android that your device is running.

On most Android devices the Developer options menu is hidden by default.
To unhide the Developer options menu:
First you must go Settings > About phone > Build number
Now go click on Build number 10 times and you will see message “You are now a developer”.
Next step back to Settings > System > Developer options
Congratulations, all you have to do now is activate the option
